Contend for the Faith

Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt compelled to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to God’s holy people.—Jude 1:3 (NIV)

Do you fight hard for your faith? When you are tempted or filled with doubt, how do you defend your beliefs? Jude urges you not to grow complacent, but to trust God to help you be strong in your faith. Immersing yourself in Scripture and asking for His help is your best defense.
