His work is intertwined in your life even when you don’t feel it. The secret to getting through a crisis of faith is to pray more. Reach out to God and know that He hears you.
God of Heaven, I am lost and overwhelmed. Bring peace to my heart and strengthen my spirit until I can feel the comfort of Your presence.

The parable about a farmer who selfishly stored his treasure is a lesson to teach us that we should never hoard God’s gifts. Don’t fall into the trap of being a materialistic fool. Focus your attention on your relationship with God, knowing His kingdom is built on more lasting things.
Give me wisdom, Lord, to fix my heart on You, for You are my greatest treasure.
