It’s What Inspires You Wednesday! This week we’d like to share six inspiring comments from our Facebook page.

Anna Allred Haney
I am inspired by the adult students who juggle school and their families. When they were 18, they did not go to college for one reason or another and now they are determined to make this dream a reality. Their determination is inspiring.

Bea Hall
Our granddaughter was born with multiple birth defects, and we have spent a tremendous amount of time at a children’s medical center over the past three years. I am amazed at how committed these incredible people are—not just the doctors and nurses, but the dietary folk and housekeeping staff as well. Everyone cares, and the love shows.

Denise Matthews Ward
My Nana, my mom and my sister inspire me this week. Faith, love, strength and persistence.

Juliana Mary Truesdell
My older sister inspires me in so many ways. I believe it is her inner strength that I admire most. She is a skin cancer survivor, and while going through the process a year and a half ago she didn’t complain; instead she used it as an opportunity to become stronger and wiser.

Trudy Harris. Ever since I read her book Glimpses of Heaven, I have wanted to get involved with hospice. However, I felt there was nothing I could do because I am not a nurse. In our church bulletin last week, I saw that a local hospice was looking for volunteers. After having a beautiful conversation with one of the organizers, I realized there are a lot of things I can do to help: providing respite for family members, administrative assistance, etc. Thanks, Trudy, for inspiring me to get involved.

LeAnna R. Thomas
My beautiful baby boy. He was two and a half months early and his doctors feared he might have hip and developmental problems. He is now three months old (though he should only be two or three weeks) and his doctors are amazed at the progress he has made. He is doing so great!
