Partial to Us

In all our humanity and weakness, God is still partial to us.

If you have been following my blog, you know I am very partial to photographing birds. I do not know why I love to photograph them so much. I just do.

In my post last week, I wrote about my lying on a blanket on my porch to photograph a cardinal against the snow.

I photographed this squirrel on the same day. He was also excited to find the seeds I threw on the snow. I could tell he had been looking for food because he had dirt on his nose and whiskers.

It is a good thing God is partial to us. He accepts us just as we are. He wants us to be like Him, but He knows we are human and fall short time and time again.

“He doesn’t care how great a person may be, and he pays no more attention to the rich than to the poor. He made them all.” (Job 34:19, NLT)
