American Forces Network (AFN) broadcasts popular American radio and television programs from major U.S. networks to military bases overseas and naval ships. AFN has historically been the sole provider of entertainment for our troops, sustaining them while they are so far away from home.

Guideposts can provide inspirational and uplifting video messages for AFN to use during programming breaks since commercial endorsements are not permitted.
Guideposts Military Outreach is able to ensure that lives are being filled with hope for today and faith for the future, offering encouraging and uplifting spiritual resources that are desperately needed for our servicemen and women as well as Veterans and their families.
Who will be reached?
There are over 500,000 American active service members, U.S. government civilians and their families stationed overseas in over 166 countries as well as on U.S. Navy ships at sea. Additionally, there are thousands of veterans who will also see these video clips broadcast on Closed Circuit TV to VA Medical Centers across the nation.
Each one of these men and women will be sustained from viewing material that will renew their faith, hope and courage – messages that Guideposts can provide to nourish their souls.
