For some reason, I always expect summers to be slow and maybe even a little bit boring…in a good way (kind of like an episode of a very old but heartwarming TV show). But that never seems to be the case.

Especially this summer. It’s been jam-packed, especially in “Mysterious Ways land,” as I like to call the area in the Guideposts office where the Mysterious Ways magazine team sits. In May, I took on the role of managing editor of the magazine (yay!), so it’s been a very busy and exciting time.

It feels like I arrived at Guideposts just yesterday. In reality, it’s been four amazing years of talking miracles with people who’ve experienced God’s wonders up close and personal (it’s certainly helped me find more miracles in my own life!). I can’t wait to help bring even more true stories of unexpected and inexplicable experiences to you in printonline and through our Facebook page.

Since our August/September 2017 issue just came out, I thought I’d share a sneak peek with you. Check out the video below. You can also read some of the stories from the issue at Guideposts.org/Mysterious-Ways.

The video above was put together by Desiree Cole, who just joined “Mysterious Ways land” as our newest editor. You can look forward to hearing more from her in the coming months. She has quite a few “mysterious ways” stories of her own, including the amazing way she ended up in New York City.

In the meantime, I’d love to know what you think of the latest issue of Mysterious Ways magazine. Which stories are your favorites? What do you think of the cover? What would you like to see more of?

Comment below or share your thoughts with us on Facebook. And, as always, don’t forget to send your own miracle stories to us via email at MW@Guideposts.org
