Words can be used to edify. To build. To speak truth and life. Or they can be used as tools of destruction.
If Jesus, at one of his darkest moments, could open his heart, surely I can find the time and energy for to meet my dear boys’ needs.
Today will be busy–like most days are. But I can take the time to pray and ask the Lord to order my day.

Lord, I invite you into this day. Bring your peace to calm us. Bring your tenderness and kindness and grace…
There will still be more waves, more wind. But in this moment, God’s goodness has moved through the center of the storm.
