Accept One Another
For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”—Galatians 5:14 (NIV)
Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind.—1 Peter 3:8 (ESV)
IS THERE A relationship in your life that could use mending? Perhaps a friend that has drifted away or a dispute with a loved one. Mending bruised and broken relationships is Christ’s work. He can go before you and make the crooked ways straight. Pray for help straightening out misunderstandings between yourself and others.
Heavenly Father, I confess my heart is not always tender and kind to those in my life. I ask You to give me as a gift, Your tenderness, Your kindness and generosity of Spirit. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
