Rooted in Jesus

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.—Colossians 2:6–7 NIV

Jesus wants us to grow spiritually strong and develop deep and strong roots by studying His Word and following His guidance. The more time we devote to our relationship with God, the stronger we grow.

Heavenly Father, I praise You for planting me firmly as I grow in faith.
