When You Can’t Pray

My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message.—John 17:20 (NIV)

Sometimes the most heartfelt prayers are the ones without words. In times when you feel unable to pray, know that Christ is praying for you. With both Jesus and the Holy Spirit, you are covered in prayer –even when you can’t muster the strength or focus to pray yourself.

Lord Jesus, it is comforting to know that when I am too weak, the praying goes on, on my behalf by the Mightiest.
