I agree with Pascal’s advice that silence is key for inner peace. Sometimes, though, a quiet voice speaks to us in that silence and spurs us to connect with others.

Today I challenge you to look at waiting as an active process. Ask for new eyes to see what’s really happening around and through you. Then rejoice in the journey, as God uses waiting to bring your dreams to fruition.

Give Thanks for Tax Day

When I drop that envelope in the mail on April 15–or before, God willing–I give thanks. I am incredibly blessed to be living the country I live in, even with all its faults. I vote in every election and I pay my taxes.

If God calls you to do something, He will equip you with everything that you need for that journey. He will be with you every step of the way. And you will be blown away by the doors He will open.
