A Purposeful Pursuit

After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalem and asked, “Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him.”—Matthew 2:1–2 (NIV)
The wise men’s faith and determination to worship the Savior ultimately brought them into His divine presence. Seek Jesus with all your heart, and trust that He will reveal Himself to you as you draw closer to Him.
Heavenly Father, I seek Your presence in my life, trusting that You will guide me in my journey.

In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.—Psalm 4:8 (NIV)

Schulz wrote, “Happiness is waking up, looking at the clock and finding that you still have two hours left to sleep.” Today, many have an extra hour as they turn their clocks back for Daylight Saving Time.
