Summer is in the air—and with it comes the urge to
take time off, relax and recharge! Even if you can’t take
time off, you can set aside a few minutes each day to do
something you love—sit back, listen to music, or just
be still. Thank God for the gift of time spent mindfully.
Heavenly Father, slow me down and quiet my mind, so
that I take in the wonder of life.
