Rich Beyond Measure

There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: There is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches.—Proverbs 13:7 (KJV)

Dr. Norman Vincent Peale famously said, “Empty pockets never held anyone back. Only empty heads and empty hearts can do that.” Some of us spend so much energy and worry over our bank accounts when the richest experience in life—a strong relationship with God—cannot be bought. And if you don’t have faith, all the money in the world will not fill the void.

Lord, my relationship with You, and all the blessings that flow because of my faith, make me rich beyond worldly measure.
