In this verse, Saul had an incredible experience that changed him from persecuting early Christians to following Christ. How has God changed your heart? Reflect on a past experience when He revealed His light of truth to you.

Often we focus so much on our worries that we neglect to see what is certain and constant—His many blessings. Remind yourself that no matter what you are going through, as Psalm 30 promises, “joy comes in the morning.”

Heavenly Father, my joy is knowing that I can trust Your promises to always lift my spirits.
